The room was dirty with broken appliances, the a/c - heater wall unit would've plug-in so there was no air flow. The breakfast was the worst I'd ever seen. "Bacon only!" Sour milk, no syrup for the waffles.

Such great stop at the front desk! They have helped me and my son who is an amputee currently staying in your hotel. Has to leave Friday to live back on the street but it's been a wonderful and necessary medical reprieve. Thank you

We had an updated room which was clean and nice but the hotel was under major renovations that we were unaware of at the time of booking. There was concrete jacking, plastic drapes and half completed tile in the lobby. There was construction debris all over the second floor carpet. One of the main stairways was closed until 11/7. How that's even legal with guests is beyond me. This hotel obviously cares more about profit than their guests comfort. I purposely booked this hotel because it stated that they had a gym as an amenity. The gym was closed and had been for weeks, per staff. The breakfast was ok. Due to construction we had to sit in a plastic sheeted conference room. They need healthier options and the tip jar was beyond cringe worthy. The front desk staff were kind but I couldn't even hear them with the construction going on. I literally had to get yelled at during checkout. The outside parking lot was filled with trash and super dim. I did not feel safe after dark in their parking lot. If it wasn't for the room, I would have went to a different hotel as fast as possible.

We actually love the hotel. Room was fantastic, spacious, clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is under construction, which made the price less than normal but to our benefit, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and all amenities.

Was very surprised that the hotel was in process of major renovation and construction. Some facilities were closed and you had to walk through construction areas to get to the room. It was very misleading to not let potential clients know about this. We have reservations about using your site and staying at a Ramada Wyndham hotel again. On the plus side the room was well furnished, new and comfortable.

They are in serious reconstruction mode: breakfast is in a conference room with plastic covering the floor. Coffee is in another room but no other options for drinks. Large construction equipment blocking a lot of the parking lot Positives: the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is 24/7 access, and location is near the freeway.

Smell of sulfur throughout the building. The pool was closed and there was nothing on their website indicating that. It was a hot August weekend and that would have been a deciding factor on whether to stay at hotel.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The door key was not working, and staff had to keep opening doors for us. The hotel is under construction and there were buckets of dirty water and wires everywhere. Noisy construction. Non-working elevator and we were on 3rd floor. The staff was nice and tried to help. It would have been nice to inform us that the hotel was under remodel and going through new ownership. We would appreciate some type of compensation for this inconvenience....
