Hotel was under construction but had been red flagged due to lack of permits. A lot of the amenities were unavailable and the hotel just felt kind of in disarray. Front desk was nice but overall experience wasn't great. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful property that has suffered from a lack of attention and marketing. I hope new ownership will restore it to its potential. Nice staff. Nice lobby. Great breakfast. Have stayed here several times.

I liked that the pool was open 24 hours so my children could go swimming early in the morning. However due to the broken pump with the hot tub, the room where the pool was, was so chlorinated that our lungs burned after an hour of being in there. Our blinds were broken in our room and couldn’t shut, so we had to move rooms. The hotel is in a bit of a mess because they are in the middle of a remodel, which is fine, but I would have hoped for cleaner in the areas that are not under construction.

Wait Until They Get Their Remodel Done

There was so much construction going on that my room didn't have a microwave, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, there was a hole in the window screen, the TV had not yet been "set up" so I had to into the settings and re-set everything, there was a waste basket in the lobby capturing water from a leak from the floor above, there was very low water pressure and the water in the shower never did get hot, and the gym wasn't even open. There were probably other issues, but I've tried to put the trip out of memory. By the way, despite all the disarray from the remodel, I never saw a single person doing any actual construction work.

The hotel is under construction but it was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable as well. The only negative thing I can say is that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is under construction. The elevator is a mess and in poor condition. Plaster has fallen in the parking area. Construction equipment is everywhere. Our room was generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

This facility is completely unsafe! The elevator was broken and kept moving without the doors closing and completely jerked and made a snapping noise last night. It sounded like a cable broke. I informed the front desk only to be told he doesn't have a key to turn it off but he would put up a sign. Then this morning my family was in the hot tub for over 2 hrs and there was no notices posted and maintenance was in there messing with stuff and never said a word to us. Then after almost 2 hrs all the sudden someone came in and said get out of hot tub it was closed because of high chlorine. Then put up a sign and roped off the area. All of my family ended up with chemical burns. I was supposed to have stayed for 3 nights but that was the last straw! I would highly discourage anyone from coming to this place! They obviously do not care about their patrons safety! I will never again come to any ramada ever again, nor will anyone in my family! This is completely unacceptable!!!

A lot of construction going on, holes in ceilings, buckets in hallways, hot tub didn’t work, work out room was out of service. Should get some sort of discount if all of this is happening. I would not have booked here if I knew all of this.

The AC was broken, I’ve machine was broken, gym was under construction, pool was filthy, check in was slower than any place I’ve ever been, room was dirty (grossly dirty), elevators are covered in duct tape and cardboard with graffiti and notes all over it in sharpie, breakfast was disgusting, staff was UNfreindly and unprofessional. Save your money and stay and an hotel across the street. I’m floored at how awful this experience was. And when I asked for my money back, they refused.

This property is being renovated. The exercise room and business center are not open for use. People are being overcharged for condition. No cups in room. No fan in bathroom. Carpet was dirty. No hot water in shower, just warm.

Late July 2025. Remodel still being done Motel Owner is Renting Rooms that are not Fully Ready and NOT providing a warning or discount. Our Room was 'market rate' for area yet had No Microwave, Telephone, Coffee Pot, or even cups to drink water. Desk Staff tried to resolve but was under-staffed and over worked due to greed of owner. Call them before booking - - - ask "is remodel 100% done/"

The amount of construction.!!! The place looks abandoned from the outside. The curtains from the outside make it look like it is part of a Movie scene From bombed part of a different country One elevator. No coffee pot. Tv not working. Tv Plugged in but screen. All blue and red. Bathroom floor not clean at all. Stained from Previous guest. Low flow in shower. No microwave …one ice machine operable. Vending machine only has monster drinks. WiFi not working. Literally a horrible place to pay for an entire night Literally a Patel motel. Never again.

Reserved a King and was told they had accidentally given that room away and so was given two queens “at no extra cost”. I wanted a King which is why I reserved it. First room had smoke alarm beeping, called front desk on a broken phone from 1990s.. busy signal every time. Had to go down to desk and got new room. Beds were hard. Shower was stained. The toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. The sink wouldn’t drain. They were also under construction which would have been good to know before. Just not what I was expecting.
