i will say we got there 20 minutes early and our room wasnt ready so they upgraded us to a different room. Room was very nice. Our problem arose when we got back from the casino at 145 am and we couldnt get into our room. went down to the front office and no one was to be found. It took us over 30 minutes for them to find the person to redo our keys to get into our room. not happy
