The room was on the 2nd floor right over the entrance to the hotel....all night the noise from the doors kept me up!!Plus the room next door had someone that snored very loudly and that kept me up too. You need more insulation between rooms and should not rent that room over the doors out. Very Poor!

Climate control wasn’t working unless you put the fan on. Auto didn’t work at all and when the fan was on, it was super noisy (screeching). There were intermittent water issues where there was little or no water.

When we went to breakfast the lady working the breakfast on Sunday November 30 was so nice friendly and kind… I was attempting to cut an apple up for my three year that does not eat food .. he wanted the Apple so I tried to cut it up when I couldn’t I asked if she had a knife so took the Apple and sliced it up for him and brought it out to us… I so appreciate the extra effort and kindness… he ate the whole apple btw…. Thank you

The room was great. Until Sunday morning starting around 8:30am. We were woken by loud bangs and people talking in the hallway. At first we thought it was just the other guests leaving or going down to breakfast. We tried to go back to sleep, but the noiseWhen the noise continued, I looked out and there were men working on the room across from ours. We had the “do not disturb” sign on our door and check out was not until 11am. I called down to the desk and was told a major renovation was starting that day on the r fourth floor. I questioned why they would: 1) put us on the fourth floor where the co attraction was happening in the first place and directly across from where it was happening; 2) why would they start before 11am or before the guests across from that room left; 3) also questioned why they didn’t pay attention to the do not disturb sign. The employee on the phone was very apologetic and said she would ask them to stop.
