This is a third-floor, one-bedroom condo that sleeps six. The condo is outfitted with tile floors in the living areas and carpeting in bedrooms. The private balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf and beach. There is an outdoor pool as well as a fitness center, a barbecue and picnic area, and an outside shower. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Berth bunks perfect for the kids are tucked away in the hallway. Extending the options further is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo comes with wireless Internet access. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or in common areas. There is a maximum of one car per property, and a parking pass is required.

Was exactly where I wanted to stay as I love that small condo. Glasses need to be replaced as they leak, carpet could be stretched or replaced, tiles needed replaced in kitchen, wasn’t sure if dishwasher even closed or latched but still washed dishes. Emerald Skye is a great condo. Thanks! Photos are pano taken from the balcony. My daughter and family stayed at the other end same floor so was very handy with my grandkids.

Beach Family Vacation

Our stay was great! The condo was perfect a little family vacation to the beach. There are two (2) things that need to addressed. The toilet paper holder will not stay on and the chair supports at the inside table need to be fixed. We loved our stay!!

Location was great. The condo was clean upon arrival. It had it's flaws, obviously, but was worth what we paid and worked well for our needs. I would recommend as well as stay again.

Let me start by saying, we did NOT stay at Emerald Skye because the elevator was broken and my friend cannot walk steps due to an unhealed surgery on her ankle and leg. We had zero notification of the elevator not working and apparently it had been that way for quite some time! I contacted Vacasa customer service to see if they could find us another location. After several phone calls, text messages and hours later,oh and being told that we should just enjoy the sunshine and weather…at 7:00 we finally had a place to lay our heads. The local Vacasa rep for the place we stayed was incredibly helpful, he even came by our unit at the Tidewater (loved it) and talked with us about what had happened and made sure we had what was needed. This review is totally based on the elevator not working and not being informed!

Location was awesome. Elevators worked but did take a little while. Trash trucks were extremely loud waking everyone, every morning at 5am. Bottom bunk mattress needs replaced. Also, there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. The carpet in the bedroom needs taken out. Seemed dated. Pans could be updated. Overall, great location, just dated.

We liked the condo. It was a beautiful view and right on the beach. Easy to get to. We did have a few issue wifi didnt work. They wanted us to unplug router and modem. I looked everywhere. My husband even had to help me. He found them stuck up in the air vent in the ceiling above the washer/dryer. The vent cover was hanging down on the dryer. We weren't about to stick our hand in there plus couldn't reach them. I told them that and help was supposed to be there next say. They never showed. Another thing is the floors need a good scrub. Our feet where black after about 2 hours of walking around in there. We wore socks the rest of the trip. Bathroom shower curtain had black mold on it and drain plug was nasty. I made my 3yr old take a shower. Bed you sank in, needs updated one. Other than those couple of things it was great.

Great location

We loved the location. Everything is very convenient and the condo was great for small kids. The only complaint we have is that the bed in the bedroom was super hard and uncomfortable. It definitely could use an upgrade. Overall we had a great trip and easy check in and check out process!
