Overall the property was nice and clean. It does need updating in my opinion. Stove is old, bathroom faucets need replacing. There is NO shower in the guest bathroom.

We could not see the beach from the room, only the perdido pass bay side. There were no blankets for cover for the beds or the pullout couch. It barely fit our family of 5 and we ran out of toilet paper yesterday. We have stayed in better places and will probably not stay there again. The walk to the ocean was long, which is part of it sometimes.

The best place to stay in Orange Beach

We are huge fans of Grand Pointe. Facing where the gulf meets the bay is simply the best. Being able to watch the boats come and go and also the gorgeous sunrise is just unbeatable. The tub and shower were not draining as they should due to being a little clogged but other than that, it was a fantastic condo for our great escape. Thank you!!!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. We felt like the place could use a little bit of TLC. The outlets were loose. We had also hoped that there would be some amenities for the beach, like beach chairs. But overall, great spacious unit!

SMELLED LIKE MOLD AND SMOKE. House was absolutely filthy when we arrived. I have two toddlers and after crawling around on the floor for 5 minutes both were covered and black. We immediately informed the property management team since we opted not to stay and requested a refund. After 2 weeks and several call backs from our side we have still not heard once from their local managing partners. We sent them pictures of the mold on the furniture and dirt on the floor. The TV in the main area was also not functioning. All in all it was a pretty terrible experience.

Beautiful location; nice size rooms. The amenities in kitchen are fabulous making easy to eat there instead of eating out. ***Improvements - MATTRESSES need to be replaced and upgraded.

Fabulous

Had a wonderful time at Grande Pointe celebrating my dad's 88th birthday. Nice balcony and view, place was clean and comfortable. We're looking forward to another trip soon and wouldn't think twice about staying here.

Location was great, property was a little dated but we made it work. We were told of construction issues may affect the pool at times but our balcony was a no go, it was taped off and super dusty. Plus sometimes the entire balcony and windows were blocked out,something we were really upset about.

Great condo, close to beach, and good location

Great condo, close to beach, and good location. For those wondering there is an elevator. Also stairs, but being on the 5th floor with a bunch of stuff the elevator is nice. We used the indoor pool to take a break from the sun with the kids. Beach location was very nice. Boardwalk is a Little long of a walk, but not bad. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great view from balcony.
