This Gulf-front property is surrounded by restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences in the center of Orange Beach. Adventure Island and Gulf State Park are both one mile west, and Highway 59 - the home of such family-friendly attractions as Waterville USA, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo - is five miles beyond. You can tee off at the Craft Farms Golf Club nine miles northwest, grab a beachfront meal and a few drinks at The Flora-Bama (four miles east), and find all sorts of great shops, restaurants, and sources of entertainment at The Wharf five miles northwest.

Unit was needing a refresh. The plastic cover on the matress made it difficult to get a good night sleep, kept waking up hot. When you sar on the couches you sank in, mold on one of the throw pillows on the couch, dust hanging from the ceiling over the stove. Location was great.

This is not our first stay at the Enclave, we love the location and the ease of access to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The Condo met our needs of size but was a little dated. Could use a deep clean around baseboards and light fixtures. Had issue with water in floor of third bedroom but property management was in contact with us throughout our stay. We greatly appreciated their attention to our issue

Enjoyed the condo. Good location. Dryer didn’t work and I called multiple times and they never came to repair it. Pool was a little small but the kids loved it. Overall it was a good.

Parking shortage

Wasn’t informed of the parking shortage. Had to find parking somewhere else. The parking they suggested was 1.6 miles away. The pool did not work the first two of our three days there. The dryer did not heat so we could t wash our clothes. The view was good. Parking is horrible.

First of all pool was closed and was not told until there, which was one reason we came due to my daughter is special needs and only likes pool. Second parking was horrible had trouble the hole time. Security person at place didn’t no anything couldn’t help with anything.

The overall place was great. I couldn’t ask for anything except maybe parking. It was like you were afraid to leave because you might lose your spot and not have one if you came back. The condo was great with all the amenities, except the couch had a bad oder but once you sprayed some air freshener on it, it was fine.

Not enough parking!!

The condo was clean and roomy. Loved having a bath in each room. Upon arriving there were no where to park. Talk to attendant and he said we had to go down road and pay for parking then Uber back to condo. We parked across street in Walmart for a few hours and one of my cars was towed. ($$$)

Everyone was stressed out THE Parking Situation. When paying to stay at the condo, parking should be a NON ISSUE. Lose the tennis court out front and make that into more parking. No one comes here to play tennis. Probably will not return here just because of The Parking Situation...

Was a nice stay, however we had trouble with the key pad upon entry and balcony was boarded up.

Loved the condo itself. Just a few things needed fixing, but I loved the location. Anything that wasn’t right the manager fixed. Great time as always.

Great location but unit needs updating

This unit was in a great location but needed updating. I sat in one of the patio chairs and fell through and I'm not that big of a guy. It was very disappointing to our kids that the outside pool was not up and running and it didn't mention this in the listing. We probably would have went elsewhere if we knew this. Unit is large and spacious. Overall a good stay but not great.

Nice place, parking was the only concern

After reading the other comments about the parking situation we were slightly concerned. When we arrived we found the sign that says parking is not guaranteed even with a parking pass. This was disappointing considering the message we got made it sound as though we were guaranteed two parking spots per condo. The sign also stated that if there was no parking in the lot, we could park in the other designated parking spot which was literally 4 miles away. We never did have issues parking in the lot, but many times we got the very last spot in the parking lot. The email also made it sound like there were security guards and a gate to get into the lot. Anyone can pull onto the lot and we never saw anyone who resembled a security guard. There’s public beach access directly next to the lot and I’d be surprised if people not staying in the condo didn’t park there to go to the public beach. Overall we were happy with our stay but we wish the parking situation was better. There’s an entire tennis court in the middle of the parking lot that looks like it’s never been used. Underneath it is parking but only for people who actually own the condos. There was tons of open parking under there the entire week but we couldn’t use it. Condo was very nice and up to date. We were very happy with the condo we stayed in (#605) but just wish the parking situation were better. Glad we didn’t have to figure out how to get 4 miles back to the condo.
