This Gulf front one-bedroom, one-bath condo features a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony, where you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets that will take your breath away.

A king-sized bed in the master bedroom gives guests lots of room to spread out for a good night's rest to be able to take on all the sights and sounds of the area's emerald-green waters and white, sandy beaches. There's also a set of tucked-away berth bunks for the littles and a sleeper sofa in the living room, creating space to accommodate up to six people.

I did not even get to stay here. I was on my way down there on the eighth, and I was trying to find my access information. I had gotten an email from y'all 4 days prior saying my room was confirmed and ready. And when I couldn't get the access information reached out by phone to the host and they said my reservation was canceled from the beginning. Because my credit card company apparently blocked the purchase and I was never notified. I could have given a different card or called the company and told him to let it go through. But instead it supposedly got canceled, and I was never notified. Luckily, we were able to find something else on our way down there for a place to stay. But apparently Vrbo wasn't aware either because like I said they sent me the email four days prior saying, all things were ready.It could have been a disaster.And I could have had to pay three times the amount just to have a place to stay.So that was not good

Avoid renting from Vacasa

I am a frequent vacation home renter and unfortunately had my first bad experience. This unit is in pretty bad shape(broken drawers, poor quality furniture, dirty floor), but this is not the reason for this review. We rented this unit because it had the amenities we wanted(gym, pool, etc) however we were not supplied the key to enter these areas. Our other main concern is that we were only supplied sheets for the beds, no blankets. We contacted Vacasa and they were responsive, but unhelpful. After a long correspondence, we were provided a key to the amenities on our last day, but unfortunately it wasn’t the correct key, we were never given blankets. Beware renting this unit and renting from Vacasa. We paid full price for our vacation, but didn’t receive the value.

Great place for the 2 of us

Great place, convenient location. Washer and dryer came in super handy so we didn’t come home with a bunch of dirty clothes. Took one star from cleanliness- the bathroom shower curtain liner had mold on it so it needed to be replaced. Other than that the place was great, and beach chair service is available on the beach.

Great Little Place

Was a very nice place. Close to the beach. Pool was small, good for younger kids. Beach access was perfect. Loved the balcony. One elevator that is extremely slow. Good parking.

Wonderful getaway

Condo listing and pictures were exactly as shown. The view was spectacular! Complex was well lit at night. Enjoyed a few wonderful days of easy beach access and beautiful weather with my girlfriends! Will definitely be back!

Clean and nice condo. Parking Pass was not in condo and had to call for assistance. Needs some replacement skillets as the Teflon burned up long ago. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Great place!

Orange beach vacation

We have been staying in Emerald Skye for the past 10 years. This unit was ok, but too much furniture. We had 2 little ones and there is hardly room to walk. Also a dry mop would be really handy for sand clean up. Also the elevator wasnt working the first 4 days we were there and was not informed of this. We will stay in Emerald Skye again, but probably not in this unit.

Several inconvenience

Upon arrival we learn elevator is out of service and stayed out of service our whole trip. We stayed on 4th floor. One set of stairs were blocked off so everyone had to use the one set of stairs. Had to have code for beach access, carry key for bathroom at pool which was inconvenient having to remember them. Several things in room needs attending to. Door to wash and dryer was broken, green chair in living room smells terrible. Curtains to balcony needs replacing or washed, food or something all over inside curtains. Pier in the pictures you cannot walk on. It's privately owned.
