We're thrilled to share this condo's unique history – it was previously owned by music producer Quinn Ivy, known for his recording studio in Sheffield, AL where he produced the iconic song, 'When a Man Loves a Woman' by Percy Sledge, a #1 hit on the Billboard music charts in the early 60s. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months, with varying minimum stays of three or seven nights based on unit specifications.

this property provides parking passes handled on-site, charges apply. While linens are provided, guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items, and policies mandate renters to be at least 25 years old, with a necessary photo ID at check-in, and strictly prohibit smoking and pets. Inquire about monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February for extended stays."
