This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit features 1,542 square feet of living space for up to 8 guests to enjoy! In the master bedroom suite, a king bed provides the perfect place for resting up after a long day of fun in the sun. The adjoining bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a plush king bed, while the second guest bedroom has another cozy queen bed. The guest bathroom by the guest rooms is equipped with tub/shower combo.

When you reach the living areas, you'll find a soft color palette that provides the perfect coastal atmosphere. A sectional in the living room provides plenty of space to relax on, as well as a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's, satellite, and of course free Wi-Fi! The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6 to 7 with 4 chairs and a long bench on one side. Additionally, the counter height bar has 4 barstools for extra dining seats. In the kitchen, all appliances and dishes are provided for you to whip up yummy dinners while you chat across the bar with the rest of the group thanks to the open floor plan! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided.

The on-site amenities are sure to keep you entertained, and the ideal location makes it easy to immerse yourself in serenity! Indoors, you'll find an oversized heated pool, a whirlpool spa and a fully equipped fitness center. Access to two relaxing saunas is also part of the deal! Stepping outside, you can enjoy any of the four outdoor pools, including a zero edge and infinity pool and the kids can enjoy the children's wading pool. * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) free parking pass (reserved parking spot for unit 802W) is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it. The cost is approximately $80 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass(es) are issued at the guard shack upon arrival. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
