I wasn't sure what to expect as this was the first time I had used Sonesta brand, and I needed a cheap place to stay in the area for a local conference. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean (except a spot on the bathtub) and had a nice aroma. The workers were all respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable; however, one front desk clerk was always talking on her personal phone which seemed somewhat unprofessional. Despite this, she was still very helpful and friendly. The biggest negative was that there were some families who let their kids go crazy past midnight and kept me awake. Hard to blame the hotel for that though. As for breakfast, it wasn't bad. Not as good as other nicer hotels, but still great considering the price I paid for the room. The best feature of the entire hotel was their automatic coffee machine from which you could choose an espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc. All in all, I give this place 4/5 stars considering the price and the product. Very pleased!

The place needs to improve their maintenance. There was no light in the elevator and on the hallway , the shower had low pressure. Limited breakfast option . Unfortunately, it would be the last and only time staying in this hotel. Unsatisfied Costumer

Not an upscale hotel but nonetheless everything was nice and good. No complaints. Hotel breakfast includes a variety of items (and is included!): cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, water, coffee, etc. Parking seemed almost full at one point but we were still able to find a spot for the car. Located on a very busy street btw.

We ended up staying here due to being in town for a concert so location and proximity to the event was our top concern. That being said the hotel was neither bad or amazing it was middle of the road accommodations. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The room as well as the rest of the rooms in floor 3 were all recently painted with painters tape evident. Check in was rather easier besides the extra security hold that was being place on guest cards which was irregular for the hotel brand and location. Corey at the front desk was apologetic, I assumed it was due to the concert goers and the hotel not wanting issues which is fine. So overall it was basic accommodations with easy check in and check out with Corey also being the one to check us out. Side note our room was open when we arrived with the swing lock sticking out of the door and we did let Corey know.

It is under remodeling, the smell of humidity is great, the beds uncomfortable and not to mention the pillows, I paid for a room with a King size bed and they gave me one of two queen in short terrible our stay in that hotel thank goodness it was only one night
