Foyer needed maintenance, leaks in air, ceiling tiles exposed, pool full of leaves, dirty, not circulating, few chairs there were broken. Great breakfast good location for air travel. Could use a shuttle.

Appearently this hotel is under renovation. There is nothing listed on Travelocity, the hotel website or onsite at the hotel that states this. I would not have booked knowing this. Pictures online do not do justice to actual hotel pictures look photo shopped. It smelled there was mold and leaks and my bathroom was not usable with leaky roof with a big hole and buckets of water in bathroom. No manager on duty and communication was to let people know not to give that room and they gave me that room. Unsanitary and very dirty. The staff did what they could to accommodate, but they could not do anything since there was no manager. They had to clean a room for me to just sleep in a bed and in that room the bed board was broken and glued to a piece of wood.

I enjoyed my stay I stayed 3 nights 3/13/25 checked out 3/16/25 very clean peaceful quiet the staff was very professional polite and nice they are doing some renovations and I still enjoyed my stay I did not smell any fumes the walls and lobby is clean the bed was so comfortable and cozy Thank you Sonesta Essential Orlando, if I come back in the area I will book a room here again ❤️❤️
