The pictures online were not of the actual hotel. The hotel was under construction and it appeared the pictures they were using online were renderings of their future plans. Very misleading for us though

construction going on during our stay. Don't clean your room (only if you stay 5 or more days) We arrived around 11 am, room was ready but the front desk man wanted an extra $ 20 to check in early. We waited until 3 pm check in!

The property was convient to the airport. The check in process was not so good, the room assigned was not ready (check in time is 3:00 and this was 4:30). We were assigned another room, that had someone still in it. The third room was fine, but the electronic keys were difficult to operate. One didn't work at all, and the other one took several turns to get it to work.

Did not have the right booking and said my second room was cancelled. It’s been a complete nightmare and I canceled my second night at the end of my stay because I was so frustrated. I was charged 4 times on my credit card and then the front desk asked for my credit card again because it didn’t work even though I was showing him the charges

Under renovation

It’s hard to give a fair review since the hotel is currently in the middle of a major renovation. The front desk staff was less than enthusiastic when we arrived at night, the breakfast service was Spartan and closed promptly at 9 AM without any grace period (they literally were taking away the food as my family was putting it on our plates - and not waiting 2 more minutes). The coffee machine was not functioning, although they had clearly invested in a very fancy one. Overall, I think that place would be really nice in a few months, but it just wasn’t there yet.

I am not picky about stays, but this was beyond what I could tolerate. We arrived near midnight, took multiple tries to get our door open because the keys weren’t working, found roaches in our room, the bathroom was so filthy I walked in and out, the couch was missing from the room, the walls were peeling, the room smelled horrible, and the fridge was so loud. Due to the time of day I debated staying, but simply couldn’t do it. I had to leave with my kids to find somewhere else to stay. We were not the only ones leaving. Front desk staff was kind, but very aware of the significant problems in the rooms.
