The hotel was clean, a good variety of food options bothe for breakfast and evening snack. The staff has great customer service, from the manager, front desk and wait staff, they were all friendly and efficient. The transport to the park wasnt that great but i dont think this is really the hotels fault. There are food options available around the hotel and even a ross for shopping within walking distance. Overall we had a great stay and we will return.

Consistently Great Stay – Our Go-To Hotel in Orlando We recently returned to the Drury Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort and once again had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — close to Universal Studios, shopping, and a variety of dining options, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and fun. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff are always warm, friendly, and eager to help. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who generously upgraded our room in recognition of us being return guests. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued and appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job! The pool area is clean and inviting, a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. It’s always a highlight of our stay, especially for the kids. As much as we love coming here, we did notice a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, especially for guests staying multiple nights. Also, parking can get a little tight during high season, so it’s best to plan accordingly if you're returning later in the evening. Despite these small issues, Drury Inn & Suites remains our favorite place to stay in Orlando. We appreciate the consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort — and the fact that the staff truly go the extra mile. We’ll definitely continue coming back every year!

First time, but not our last.

Everything was excellent. The room, the staff, and the service were all top notch. Breakfast was included and it was a full breakfast. They offered a “manager’s” dinner; which was a full buffet of dinner; not just small plates along with three alcoholic drinks per person. They had a shuttle bus to and from Universal. We came back early on day and an Uber was only $10. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The entire stay was perfect. Would definitely stay at a Drury again. This was our first time and it won’t be our last.

Located nearby many shopping and dining. Staff are friendly, and manager approached guests to say hi is very nice gesture. Basic breakfast and crowded, but all acceptable. Good stay and recommended. Price wise is good included parking, breakfast, and dinner. Well, I missed the dinner but I heard its Sandwich.

WELL Worth IT!

Very pleasantly surprised. Haven’t stayed in a Drury property in years, but this (as well as at another in the area where our son was staying) were great! Clean! Super amenities! Quiet! Good parking!
