Buen hotel, el servicio no fue nada fuera de lo normal, no malo ni bueno. La ubicación es excelente y el hotel incluye desayuno (normal). Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias al igual que el hotel en general. No es un hotel muy grande pero es comodo.

1st night was horrible. We arrived very late because of a few hours flight delay. We were checked in fast; we wanted to take hot showers but the shampoo/body wash bottles were empty. We called the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do. Imagine 2am in the morning wanted to take showers and there were no shampoo and body wash. I asked before and the hotel confirmed these things will be provided. Room is OK, within expectation. Breakfast is really even below mediocre and you had to fight for food. Food also ran out fast. Understand the breakfast is complimentary but still....... There is only 1 small garbage can and 1 recycling bin. It's not big enough to use. I would expect there is 1 in the washroom and 1 near the kitchen area which would make much more sense. The hotel should provide multiple garbage bags so we can replace daily especially they only provide light house keeping every 2 days. The beds are comfortable. Overall the hotel feels clean. The daytime receiptionists are friendly. There are just too many hotels in the area. This one is not bad, it's also not good. So we probably won't return.

Room was half clean, bedding and sheets clean, found black hair everywhere in bathroom and carpet in a family of blinds. TV remote doesn't work even after having it replaced by staff. Free WiFi was a complete joke! Would disconnect every minute, so streaming on phones or tablets was not possible entire 3 day stay.

The hotel location was amazing! We walked over to Icon park every day and was able to walk down Universal and International drive daily. We had a room view of the Orlando Eye so that was great to see every day. Only dirty spot in the room was a handle on the bathroom vanity it was pretty gross caked on with make up so we didn’t use that drawer. Breakfast was free but honestly nothing impressed us to continue to eat it every day.

Nice hotel! Clean room, furniture and kitchenette appliances appear fairly new. The staff is helpful and courteous. Free, full breakfast that includes omelets, waffles, pancakes, sausage, pastries, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee. I would give 5 stars, but the parking is in an open lot across the street. Ample parking that seems safe although it’s adjacent to the Icon Park parking deck that’s very active on weekends. Hotel is steps away from a strip mall with a few restaurants. McDonald’s and WaWa is less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay again.
