Property in a convenient location, close to entertainment, shopping and dinning. The rooms were nice and the bed comfortable. Did not like a fee for parking and the breakfast staff was not attentive to replacing items that were low, such as the silverware. Overall, a great place to stay and will definitely return for future trips to Orlando.

We had a wonderful time at the Element Hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel smelled clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Our kids especially looked forward to a healthy breakfast each morning and enjoyed the outdoor pool. Shopping and restaurants were just a few minutes' drive away. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Hay detalles en la habitación que se debería corregir . Por ejemplo una mancha en sofá que no se sabe si es reciente. Las sábanas olian a que fueron recientemente puesta. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, dijeron que lo revisarían pero quedó igual. Me imagino que les falta personal . Pero lo demás estuvo bien .

The staff was wonderful. The room was amazing and exceeded my expectations. It has the best view of the Orlando eye and only a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel, we would stay again. It was in a great location right next to ICON park. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Friendly staff and clean facility. Only downside you have to pay $20/night for parking so be prepared!

It was my first time staying at Element and I had such an amazing experience. From when we walked in, the front desk agent was very welcoming while training someone else. I believe her name was Ana. We were also able to check in earlier which was helpful. The valet attendants were amazing. We didn’t have a car, however they never fail to open our uber doors or help us with our bags. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was very spacious just like the bedroom. The area is very walkable and we love that we could just take a walk to the icon center in the evening for dinner, ice cream or to just check out the activities. We also love the breakfast options, especially the yogurt parfait bar. The gym is very nice, weights only go up to 50lbs. but it’s okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it.

Staff was friendly but the breakfast is NOT the greatest. Seems to run out of certain foods for breakfast. I would rate this a four but, I got NO housecleaning or offer. Had to get towels from the pool area to get towels. Other than that the property and price is not bad. Not sure if I would stay again.

I was expecting much more

This is my second time staying at Element. My first time was years ago in NJ. The hotel back then was super nice, sparkling clean, and comfortable. I thought it was pricey but worth it. This time around I thought the price was rather cheap for what I remembered so I got very excited. The place was clean but the rugs in the lobby and other areas were stained. Same with my sofa bed in the room. The room had a kitchen and 2 queen beds and was spacious. The bathroom had the minimum. Toilet paper, a small container with hand soap, and the shampoo and conditioner. The bag for the trash can was missing. The shower was nice and roomy. I miss the days when they took time to make the place look nice and include more toiletries like tooth paste or hydrating cream. The towels felt very rough. They were obviously overused. The room had a nice desk and a tv. The area was quiet. Plenty of fluffy pillows. Mattress was ok but my side had a soft part that felt like a hole. No housekeeping unless I ask for it which I always find less than ideal. Breakfast was disappointing with limited options. I had to pay for parking. When I travel I usually stay at hotels with free breakfast and free parking. For the money I paid for Element I could have found a hotel with free parking and with better breakfast (and towels). Element has a great location, but I wouldn’t have minded to drive a bit more to get the things I mentioned above. Staff did their jobs but didn’t look happy.
