Don’t waste your money.

I’m not usually one to complain, but the experience in this hotel was horrible from the moment we stepped into the room. The room was dirty and toilet seat/lid was broken when we checked in; the room door didn't latch properly, creating safety and security issues; the water had a strange smell from the sink and shower; we booked a poolside view room and instead got a view of a roof and parking lot; the temperature of the room was inconsistent despite being set to the same degrees the entire time; and we found a roach in our bathroom. We don’t have unreasonable expectations for hotels because we pretty much just use them for sleeping, but this one was extremely disappointing despite that. The staff was friendly and relatively accommodating, but with all the issues we experienced, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent.

Really was very disappointed, specially it being a Hilton property. I thought check in was very lousy short staffed on 1-2 people checking in others. Then once to the room, the tile floors were very stick. No water pressure at all. The shower head did have a lot of build up as you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned. Just overall disappointing

Home away from home

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, the spray park and pool was relaxing with plenty of towels and seating options, the reception hour was fun and good to talk to others, the staff was always friendly and helpful. As for comfort- the beds were on the firm side but we made it work.

Poor experience - look for another place

Housekeeping staff was not the most dedicated. Walked by rooms being cleaned and witnessed the housekeeper sitting on the couch inside the room texting or talking away on their phone. Also witnessed a housekeeper in the lobby's restroom leaning against the counter watching a movie. There was a spill on the main hall in the morning, next to door leading to room sin back area. The spill was not cleaned up until next day so floor was extra sticky and dirty. Our room's AC was not working and had to almost argue that it was not - a second maintenance person was sent over and it in fact was not working. Room smelled like pee and chlorine - had to beg to get switched. It also took about 90 minutes to get checked in because room was not ready - which is understandable knowing the housekeeping staff was wasting so much time and not doing their job. Pretty poor experience coming from an Embassy Suites. Would not stay here again.

Sharing everything they don’t tell you!! The rooms are a bit out dated. They look like the photos as advertised. But everything else here makes up for it! The sheets are clean, the towels are very large, and the bathroom provides wash, conditioner and shampoo if needed. The complimentary breakfast is better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Omelet line, mickey waffle line, on top of a buffet line for eggs, cereal, yogurt, sausage, etc.. From 5pm-6:30pm there is complimentary happy hour and snacks. Yes. Free beer and cocktails for an hour and a half everyday. The free snacks are also buffet style. Popcorn, pretzels, chips and salsa, veggies with ranch or hummus and more. The pool: very warm. Kiddie pool is very cold. Basketball court, pool table, ping pong, corn hole: at or behind the pool. They also play a movie at night on a projection screen at the pool every night. Staff is very nice. - worth the money.

It was nice for the kids because of the water park. Scott in the pool bar was awesome, room floor plan, Did not like that being Hilton the room had rusty tub, caulking was horrible , cleaning could be better, shuttle needs to return later due to fire works at park, we missed the shuttle, parking fees, resort fees aren’t necessary. Hotel is not on an island , in a park or surrounded by water. Food was great, best burger, breakfast was delicious.

The bartender left quite a bit to be desired. I ordered a drink on Thursday night and it was the worst frozen daiquiri I have ever had! Outside of that and the cleaning staff leaving cleaning supplies in our room on every occasion that they came, the stay was good!

We stayed here again, as we always do every time we visit Disney. As usual the stay was outstanding. We are always welcomed by the staff and made to feel more like family than guests. The room was perfect, the facilites clean as always, and the breakfast perfect. We have started extending our trips to include days at the hotel because we enjoy it so much. The cocktail hour is great and the poolside food is awesome too. The location of the hotel is perfect as well, its right near the outlets and all of the new restaurants in the area. We love staying here, and will continue to do so as much as we can.

The complimentary drinks and snacks from 5pm-6:30pm is very nice! The poolside is always nice but the inside of the building and rooms are just average. I think it's overpriced for a hotel that's not kept up to date. It looks wore out especially the rooms. The staff are nice but the bartender just seem unhappy.
