We only stayed one night since we were flying early from Stanford Airport. Very convenient located close to HW exit, front desk was very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean.

Convenient location for planned activity and pet friendly. Very disappointed that I had to pay 2 nights of pet fee that I wasn't aware and neither was hotel that I was bringing pet. Had to book thru Expedia because your on line booking said not available for 12/6-12/8. Under comments I wrote 1st floor and bringing friendly dog. Apparently not rec'd but I have on my booking. Lady in charge when I arrived couldn't explain why I had to pay extra fee for 2 days, "thats just how we operate" I had no choice but to stay. I also called due to not being able to close my blinds and no one came to fix . Very disappointed.
