Good price and great location within walking distance of Icon Park. Staff was super friendly and fast, and the lobby area was very clean. However, the bed was very lumpy and not in the least bit comfortable. Making sleep worse was the ridiculously noisy air conditioner unit that sounded like super-loud paper crumbling all night long. Horrible night’s sleep after a long, fun day in Orlando.

If it wasn’t for Alejandro at front desk I would have given five stars, he was rude. Cidra was very attentive making sure all was perfect for everyone eating Catalina was exceptional- very kind happy welcoming and made an excellent customer service experience

Every staff member was greeting us and tell us good morning, good evening. Staff at the breakfast area was very nice. The lady behind the eggs area was so nice and funny. The seating area in the lobby smells so good. The cleaning lady was nice. She brought us new towels. The hotel was quiet, easy parking, walkable to international drive. We were able to walk to the illusions museum. The only thing i didn't like is that I was not able to check in earlier unless i pay $40. Besides that I enjoyed the hotel.
