Property was in great condition. Front desk was very welcoming. Lobby area was inviting and well stocked bar. Pool area is average. Property, overall, gets very positive reviews. 911 call was made and mistankenly gave our room as the location. After talking to the police officers who responded and front desk personnel several times we were still not even offered an apology for the inconvenience. I think this could have been handed more professionally.

Why i am charged for the insurance, i declined insurance as they wanted $16:00 more per day for insurance for liability. I told them then I have my insurance will cover it. I gave them my policy number. I should not be charged for insurance at all. They told me to talk to Expedia . Please refund my insurance money to my credit card.

The hotel and staff are nice. I am leaving a negative review due to Hotels.com support staff lying to me. The support staff contacted the hotel for me and requested a cancellation and refund of my 2nd night. They agreed as long as i checked out by 11. We did, but now the next day Hotels.com is saying the refund requst was refused. We were debating leaving, and only did so AFTER they confirmed we could get a refund. But they lied.
