Amazing Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Amazing lobby area with plenty of places to eat, lounge and enjoy amenities. Kids loved the pool and all the games on premises. Room service food was also top notch. Close to airport and is also a cheap Uber ride to Disney

I had an awesome time staying here but there are a few things that made this a 4 star and not a 5 star. 1.) $40 to park at the hotel DAILY, this wasn’t disclosed until I got there. 2.) the rooms and bathrooms could be remodeled and given more attention when being cleaned. 3.) There are very little accommodations, not even a water bottle in your room. I would definitely return here but I think those 3 points if changed, would improve a guest’s experience.

We had a wonderful stay and the property was very good. I would give them a 5 Star rating, but I wish they would leave complimentary water in the rooms for the guests, at least upon arrival. This is the first hotel I have been to, in a long time, where there was no complimentary bottled water in the room upon arrival... it is Florida and guests arrive hot and thirsty, only to have to go hunting for water.. Its just not right.

I had such a wonderful experience with the front desk staff! They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. Emilio truly went above and beyond to assist with my requests. The concierge was amazing too — she took a moment to make my 2-year-old feel special by giving him some fun stickers! The pool bartenders were just as welcoming, making sure we had all we needed to enjoy our time. It really made our visit memorable!
