This was an extremely stressful and disappointing stay. The property was unsafe and unsanitary. There were ants on the bed, the balcony door lock was broken and unhinged, and the refrigerator cabinet was not secured—my five-year-old daughter nearly fell and could have been seriously injured. I paid extra for a SeaWorld balcony view but was forced to switch rooms due to these issues and was downgraded to a view of the back of the building. Maintenance problems continued, including a ripped shower curtain and a completely broken curtain in the second room that would not open. Management was inconsistent and unresponsive, with only one staff member being genuinely helpful. Although I received a partial refund, the constant stress and safety concerns made this stay unacceptable. I would never return and strongly do not recommend this property, especially for families with children.

They kept trying to clean our room at 6 pm even though we have toddlers. Second day made a request it be done before noon. Not one day was it done before noon. Had to call everyday at 3pm request they come up and only One cleaned the room properly. Others just emptied the garbages and I’d be like please give us tissues. Was not line this last year. Also do not Amazon anything to hotel. Gets sent to the FedEx office where you pay for receiving your package per pound. We shipped diapers and wipes and had to Pay frd ex 20$ lol. So overall second time and last time I go.

The lobby was beautiful and so spacious. Our suite was huge and very nicely styled. Our toddler had tons of room to run around, which was perfect. If you're planning on going to seaworld this is the perfect hotel. Literally a 3 minute walk across the parking lot! Room service in the morning was very quick and also reasonably priced for the quality of it. We would definitely go back
