Check in was fine but as we got to our room , they had these loud fans going off by our door which was annoying because they didn’t turn it off until late night. Our room was fine but we noticed a couple of dead cockroaches on the table and in the cabinets.

Lions Club Convention

Our stay at the Marriott Residence was truly outstanding, with the hotel upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, exceptionally comfortable beds, and a breakfast experience that exceeded our expectations. Staff have amazing customer service from the welcome staff ,housekeeping staff cuz there are at all times cleaning and going around the hotel if anyone need help at all times anything from another blanket to another pillow or soap kitchen staff I mean 5 and above stars maintenance people there are super respectfull the mencion hotel is as it is on the pictures my family and I were impact of the amazing and nice quiet safe hotel 15 min to unversal 5 min to seaworld and 20 to disney spring s.its super close ....I will definitely saty there over an over again and recomend to other families .

Mostly enjoyed the stay.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was what I was expecting. Everything was clean. Room service did a great job cleaning the room during our stay, they even put my daughters stitch doll on the bed along with her sleep masks, which she enjoyed seeing when we arrived back to the room. My only complaint was how poor of shape the sleeper sofa was in. The mattress was beyond needing replaced. We had to lay extra blankets and pillows on it so my other daughter could try to get comfortable without springs poking her in her back. Definitely shouldn’t advertise that as a sleeping option when in such poor shape.
