My partner and I recently stayed for 6 nights and overall enjoyed the stay. Room: - clean and comfortable - minimal water pressure with the bathroom tap and with the shower head, though the hand sprayer had ok pressure Pool/Lazy River: - both are connected - total depth is 3ft for both - pool area was very busy over the weekend, but not busy during the week of our stay. - some broken chairs and minimal shade Dining: - in-room dining and lunch at Harvest Bistro have the same menu and the food/service was really good - Muse cafe/snack shop is very expensive and no worth it unless in a pinch - easy to get food delivery (Uber/ Skip the Dishes) - didn’t try the Italian or Japanese restaurants as smaller menus Shuttles: - run to both Disney Springs and the Parks, but do have gaps in run times (keep an eye on the schedule) - park shuttle only runs during regular park hours and not during special events (e.g. after hour nights or Mickey’s not so Scary Halloween party) but easy to grab a cab / Uber for convenience Location: - close to other Bonnet Creek resorts and short shuttle to Disney Springs, but otherwise pretty isolated - unless you valet a car, you will need to take shuttles/ ride share services everywhere Hotel offers 1-hour courtesy late checkout otherwise it’s available (if capacity allows) at $35 per hour We would stay again, but maybe only a couple nights to enjoy the facilities rather than a full week.

The lazy river is a great amenity, property conditions and cleanliness are great. Parking (self-parking is 40 usd + tax per night) and hotel fees (50 usd + tax per night) are extremely expensive

Over all good

Other than the restaurant hours were changed without notice and one night it was difficult to find food other than room service, which lacked in quality and flavor it was overall enjoyable. We did go on their off season, but it would have been nice to be informed before hand so we could have eaten at the parks. The lazy river was amazing and the transportation to Disney was a plus.
