Room was clean overall. Few places in the bathroom that could use a little fixing up but nothing crazy. AC unit was very loud when it was on. The unit did turn off a lot and that made the room warm overnight. Water pressure in the shower was great!

Recently booked here as my godmother recommended it. Now don’t get me wrong the room was just for us to crash in as we were doing Disney for the weekend. It was my teens and I. The elevators were hot and muggy. Not only that but was cut off by some workers of the hotel to get on the elevator. Breakfast was terrible. It opened at 7am the days I was there and it’s stuffed into one little corner of the lobby. I’d go down and everything was already out or you would have people smacking you with the cooler door cause they forgot butter but there was no way for you to move due to lack of space. The tables were all smooshed together. Then my favorite part is they charged $20 a night for parking with no warning to those that booked in advance. When asked they just said it was a recent policy change. So I had to fork out an extra $80 that I did not budget for. Plus they had plenty of parking and it’s not a grand hotel or place you would expect to have to pay for parking. I won’t be staying again.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, pero el servicio de limpieza es limitado; si no se solicita específicamente, no limpian la habitación. El personal de limpieza no verifica si se necesitan toallas adicionales o cualquier otra cosa. Además, el desayuno es escaso. No lo recomiendo.

The property itself was very nice and clean, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The lobby had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our stay, which was unpleasant and off-putting. Additionally, the floors were extremely thin—we could clearly hear guests walking above us at all hours. What was most frustrating, however, were the unexpected fees. We were not informed ahead of time that parking would cost $19 per night, and on top of that, the hotel charged for using the EV chargers. This is the first hotel we've stayed at that charged for EV charging separately. Due to these issues, we will not be staying here again.

The place was amazing I won’t lie, our hotel was comforting for the 2 of us, but we found a silverfish in our bedsheet and we were too busy since we were tired from being gone the whole day on all of our visits, I did want to mention it to staff but we were rushing to our events.

The area was really nice. The hotel was cute and very clean. However, our room was very tiny. The AC rattled the whole first night but we banged it a little the next night and it was ok. What really made me mad was they unexpectedly charged a parking fee for $19.99 per night!!! What!!! $40 wasted for no reason, the parking lot was empty and this was not a nice fancy hotel! I was furious and wouldn’t have chose this property had I known.
