Continental breakfast by the term they served only bread muffin, milk and cereal. They were charging for basic food like scrambled eggs. Second disaster is with the mattress and the pillows they provided. Very low quality beds.

Nice and clean hotel, great staff. Be aware that the free breakfast does not include almost any protein, if you want eggs, sausage or bacon, they are available but you will have to pay for them.

This was our first staying here, and let me tell you it was a great decision! The hotel was very clean and new, the staff was nice and friendly and very helpful, they had the initiative to accommodated us in a handicap friendly room for my brother, great location near the outlets, Publix, multiple stores and Walgreens. We will definitely come back soon! This will turn to be my favorite next spot to stay!

1. First room issued upon arrival the ac unit on wall didn’t work due to no power. They refused to offer another room even when we checked in early before evening rush; told them I would be back after park hours with a pregnant wife and toddler; the said no other availability. They wanted us to come back late at night after they repaired the issue with a repairmen or staff member first. We were about to check out and leave as we didn’t want to chance not having a room in working order on a sold out night upon late evening return and that’s when they offered my pregnant wife with a toddler a newly found room. 2. New room given has a crack with tape on the floor in multiple locations within the room but the ac/heat was working. 3. Beds are bouncy and firm like spring loaded 4. Bathroom door doesn’t close; hinges need to be aligned to properly secure as designed. 5. Entry door has no sound proof barrier for floor crack, so you hear everything and see a beam of light coming through all night. Socks were dirty from room floor. 6. Asked staff after returning from park event can I barrow scissors to cut off family write band and I’ll be right back. The guy said no can’t let them leave the counter, I literally gave him my room key as collateral for the return of said item. 7. Lobby toilet moves a lot; needs to be secured before it breaks off floor. 8. This spot didn’t mark the X for our future family park trips as it wasn't a pleasant first experience.
