The room rate was reasonable, and it's close to shopping centers and restaurants, as well as quite near the theme parks. My only criticisms are that the smoking area is right at the hotel entrance, the pillows were more like cushions, and there was nowhere to store clothes.

Disappointed about offered shuttle hours. They were a bit unrealistic,. The room was okay however the bed was a bit springy. Also, breakfast was misadvertised. They do offer a full buffet breakfast however you need to pay for the actual good stuff. Included was a sad variety of bread, bagel, cereal and muffins. No eggs or any sort of meat. The only good part is that it was fairly close to all the attractions and airports (10-20mins).

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. The rooms are extremely noisy due to very poor sound insulation. You can hear every single step, movement, and conversation from the people upstairs—it’s impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The noise starts early in the morning and continues late at night. Housekeeping is not done daily; you actually have to request it, which is inconvenient and feels like a basic service is being skipped. The included breakfast is very low quality. Most items are basic and underwhelming, and if you want something simple like scrambled or fried eggs, they charge extra—which is pretty cheeky for a hotel breakfast. The only thing that was actually decent were the waffles—they were surprisingly good and the one positive point. I wouldn’t stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Room had no microwave & no coffee or tea in the rooms like other hotels i stayed at you have to go to the lobby area to hot food also they only offered coffee no tea bags or decafe because i dont drink coffee one staff member spoke hostile twice when i was inquiring about towels an about wanting to take my garbage out the room

When first arrived was told that I couldn’t do early check in. When explained most places allowing a room is ready was told that our room was ready but would be $25. Girl was very rude. Upon leaving and reading my VIP features again I should have been allowed to check in early without the extra charge. There was a different girl there much later in the evening when we checked in and she was extremely nice, apologetic and helpful!
