Most of the places to eat were closed, I’m assuming because it was January. The restaurant they had on site was very short staffed, we waited 15mins for our waitress to return to take a drink order, we ended up leaving and ordering Uber Eats all week while there. The waterpark is an additional $25per day if you aren’t an owner.

I love the property and the amenities. I stayed 2 nights and my TV didn't work either night. I spoke with front desk after night 1 and they said it would be fixed but no success. Also I had no hot water the first morning I was there and slightly warm on morning 2. After a long day I enjoy kicking back and watching a little television in the evenings.

There was someone's old socks and underwear hiding in the cabinet in the bathroom. Also, there was no room service for the 4 days we were there. Amenities were nice but the only restaurant closed at 10pm and there is nowhere for breakfast with the exception of one coffee outlet with a few things for the whole resort.

Front desk staff was really great. Pools where clean. Rooms where clean. Off-season everything closes early if it's open at all. No water in vending machines or in rooms. A lot of walking. Shuttle service available but takes a long time. Beds where hard but comfortable. Restaurant and coffee shop on site was good but overwhelmed being the only available. Store was well stocked but overpriced. Good experience overall.
