This property was a lovely stay. It was overall good. Room service was great and we enjoyed the pools and shops. We were able to walk to get places within the resort and were comfortable staying with our infant. Would stay here again and likely to recommend.

Had several pools by each location. Our room came with laundry had a bug net in the balcony that let me work out there comfortably till midnight no problem. Beautiful area with extremely helpful staff and consistent security presence. A bit limited in dining options but there is a ton near by.

Very nice location! We liked thr scenery and how it was away from a lot of the main traffic from disney and universal. What we disliked is that we took a couples vacation and we had loud and noisy neighbors we informed the hotel staff and at one point o went out and nicely asked them to be quiet and they didnt care. Rhen we went to the adult relaxation pool and there were kids there. We called staff twice snd they didnt do anything about it. I jave kids of my own so i understand hacing kids but this vacation was irritated by others people kids who dont know how to read the pool rules. Staff needs to do better

I love that it was close to Universal Studios, however, I was taken by surprise how friendly and helpful the staff was to my daughter and I. If I was to come back. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was not clean, cheap toilet paper, noisy (can hear other rooms), our kitchen light dim/flickered. The resort is so big walks are long and they offer shuttle but only saw one the 5 days we were there. I got lost several times and staff wasnt helpful. I got a call breakfast was included but when i showed up it was a selling pitch and was told in order to get it i would have to sit an hour long presentation. I didnt like how they went about it.
