We were hoping for a quieter location, all the building faced community use pools which were loud all day until 11pm. The room had a working Jacuzzi that we enjoyed. The coffee maker had no supplies like filter or sweetener/ creamer, so it was pretty useless. The mini fridge/freezer barely worked. It took 2 days for waters to chill and the ice tray never froze. Besides those 3 points; we really enjoyed the room and resort. It had a lot of built in shops and restaurants which were convenient. We took advantage of the spa for a couples massage. The grounds were kept very clean.

Bad wifi, no lockers at pool, no airport shuttle, souvenir cups advertised, but they didnt have any. Vending machines, ( i went to 4) none worked. Forces guest to go to the store for a bottle of water. The single redeeming thing i can say about this property is the staff, every single person I came in contact with was so pleasant and accommodating
