Horrible, Not only was the property not as photos advertised, we paid for a superior 3 bedroom & it didn’t even have tvs. The wait was long to checkin, moved us to a 2 bedroom & water leaked in master bathroom everyday.

Rooms were large and spacious (we had a 3 bed/3 bath apartment), and the kitchen was great. Beds weren't the most comfortable, some too soft, others too hard. We didn't utilise the hotel amenities as we were there for the theme parks and didn't spend much time in the hotel.

This resort has everything we could want! Check-in was flawless; the staff is awesome; the resort grounds are clean and well kept; the suites are clean, spacious, stocked with amenities, and include a full kitchen, living room, and very nice bathroom. It’s definitely five stars. It’s the only place I will stay when I’m here in Orlando.
