Overall, the hotel was a nice place with a great view of the water. My critique is that the floor was filthy. I showered, came out, and was walking around for no more than 15 minutes before putting on socks and shoes; my feet were so black and had debris all over them. I had to rewash my feet. The entrance is also quite steep, so although I went slowly, it scraped the bottom of my car.

We did not get room service during our 3 day stay. If we wanted anything, we had to go downstairs to the front desk and get it ourselves. The pool was under renovation and we were not informed until we got there. There is not a handicap ramp to get down to the beach. The shower head is at the top of a steep set of stairs that is the only way to the beach. The water runs down the stairs along with the sand making the small uneven steps slippery and unsafe. The shower head has been broke off and just laying at the top of the stairs. The toilet constantly ran and there was no food in the free breakfast buffet if you didn't go down before 9 am. They do not refill anything after they put out the initial breakfast. The front desk staff does not care and just sit and play on their phones.

The pool was closed and this was not brought to my attention when booking. Very disappointing. Also our balcony door leaked so badly the carpet was saturated for several feet away from the door. I let the staff know and they didn't really acknowledge the issue. Other than the dismissiveness to this issue, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just quick grab and go or cereal. Room was dated but mostly clean. Definitely not the cleanest thought. We will stay elsewhere next time.

My Iron in the room wasn’t working. I call the said the going to send one the next day because housekeeping left. 3:30 I call I call the next day they bring at 10 am . Saturday went i woke up i found cockroach. I have a picture in my sink. I’m not smoking person but the end the room people left the end of the cigarette on the floor in front my door. The view was good . No pool was closed in construction. For the money the i spent in a hotel Hilton member honor. I was a little disappointed. See from my balcony other hotel looks good people enjoy the pool. But I learned I sent the picture the cockroach. To them. Thank you

Not satisfied for a Hilton Hotel!

Upon arrival the service person at desk was very courteous, very nice but gave no other info about check out or info on the pool being down. Other than a sign on door as you walked in. The elevators were dirty, smelled like mold. In the rooms there were No microwaves, No coffee maker. There were not very many choices for breakfast .Bagels, Apples ,oranges yogurt or oatmeal and cereal. No hot foods. Just overall not a good experience will not be coming back to this hotel!

Oceanfront is worth it...

I came to Ormond for an oceanfront experience. This hotel delivered a pleasant evening. I watched the moon rise and the stars twinkle. I fell asleep to the sounds of the waves lapping on the shoreline. I got to see the sunrise from my own balcony. It waa a great experience overall and am thrilled to relive it in December.

I have to be honest, this property management is a SCAM. I booked this property for a 2 day get away, have stayed another hotel in Ormond beach and loved it. We decided to give this one a try. Upon arrival on September 10th there were signs apologizing about ongoing facility maintenance, no big deal. Also a note was posted that as of September 8th the pool would be closed for "ANNUAL maintenance:.WHAT<<<<<<<<

Great location, bad hotel.... it was VERY dirty. Dark black hair evweywhere, toilets didnt want to flush, multiple roaches, water leaking hitting us while we were on the patio. It says "room service" but staff made us go and get towels from front desk, wouldnt bring anything to ojr toom. Water refill station down with expired filter.VERY disappointed especially with it being Hilton, they're normally nice.
