This Lakehouse is literally over the water. It has an unforgettable panoramic view overlooking the lake! The kitchen is built into the living room so you can prepare food and enjoy the view at the same time. The custom kitchen is adorned with 150+-year-old reclaimed cypress wood. All kitchen appliances are NEW and stainless steel. Including a high-end gas Z-Line stove and oven. There is a custom bar top that wraps around the kitchen as well. Great for serving food and enjoying a beverage. The entertainment center includes a 75 inch LG smart TV. It can easily be enjoyed from anywhere in the living room including the kitchen. 5 XLarge cypress beams going across the ceiling give it a feeling of south LA rustic charm. All of the bedrooms are custom built with individual accents in each. This place is ultra comfortable and has a very relaxing atmosphere.
