Desk clerk was incompetent!

You said I would have a room that was handicap accessible, and the room they gave us they said was. However the only handicap feature was a thermostat low enough that for some one in a wheel chair could reach. The shower had one plastic shower bar and the shower could not be used by someone confined to a wheel chair. Otherwise for the non-handicap person it was a very adequate room.
