Went to take a shower and the water was soo cold and never warmed up let it run for 40 minutes never warmed up called staff and they said they would would me rooms next day then went to move the next day and they said they were full and couldn’t move us

No hot water in the shower. Toilet would not flush properly. Did talk with the General Manager about Room 139. On an uptick, the Breakfast Lady and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was great. But they need bigger pillows for $145.00 a night.

I will not stay at a La Quinta again because of your extra charge if we got in early. Thats not right. I paid for the room for the night. I should not have to pay extra if i get in 1/2 hour early. Also, the property needs some serious upkeep.

The room was clean, neatly kept and free from odors. Microwave, mini-fridge and TV all worked as expected. Absolutely LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel pump dispensors in the shower. The hand lotion dispensor mounted by the sink was a nice touch too. I was VERY impressed with their free breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs, sausage and hash rounds all served hot and perfectly cooked. Typical waffle iron, 2 cereal choices, oatmeal, yogurt, 2 juices, milk and coffee. Didn't see a bowl of apples and bananas as usual, but they had a bowl of fruit salad with cantalope, pinapple and grapes which was a nice surprise. And everything dutifully attended to by the awesome and friendly staff member, Theresa! She was very welcoming and helpful. Her fantastic service is why I'm taking time to type this positive review!!
