Snow removal was poor. I was in a wheelchair. Yes there was handicapped parking but the cut out for me to go up on the sidewalk was not shoveled and it wasn’t shoveled good at the main entrance. It was very hard to maneuver a wheelchair. The staff was friendly but the owner, not so much.

The property was under construction, the conditions weren't desirable, so left and didn't stay. Had to go to another hotel. Trying to get a refund but refusing. The hotel didn't provide a habitatble, expected stay
