The hotel was in good and clean condition. Staff was friendly in the limited interactions. Room was clean and above average in size. Bathroom was also clean, shower pressure was good. The only thing I can complain about is the size of the shower towels. Would stay again if I should ever need to go back to Ottawa.

Bonne situation pour visiter. Facilité d’accès. Chambre de bain aurait besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement: douche dans le bain: un peu démodé. Chambre très confortable et d’une bonne grandeur. Prix un peu élevé pour le buffet pour le déjeuner. (15-20$ de trop) Personnel très accueillant et disponible pour nous aider. Tapis dans les chambres: ce n’est plus à la mode. Avons passé un bon séjour!

I like my stay in Sheraton hotel. For the exception of condition of the bed and beddings ( pillows where too big for the pillow cases, and the bed sheets where too short for a bed) Other then that it was a pleasant stay and wonderful staff
