Great Stay! Friendly staff and great property. My room was bigger than what the pictures showed. The only issue was my bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush well and faucet was way too powerful. If that swapped then great lol

Stayed here for the second time with my buddies, had a great time. Room was spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The game room and gym were great. The kitchen in the room was small but had everything we needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The check-in was very simple and easy by providing a text entry code eliminating the need to stand in a lineup to check in. The basic room was large with lots of kitchen appliances. Impressed and would stay again.

Perfect location if visiting downtown ottawa. Walking distance to a lot of places and also close to bus stops. The room is very well designed and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only negative item would be the lack of pressure in the shower.

The Sonder was perfect for our 4 night stay for our family of 4. Lots of space in the room. Full size kitchen was awesome. All staff were friendly. The gym was a great addition too. We hope to return next year.

Adoramos tudo. Uma pena apenas que uma informação da moça lá embaixo me levou a gastar mais no estacionamento do que ela havia me dito. Foi simpática demais e quis ajudar, mas paguei mais caro do que no outro que estacionei na noite anterior. De resto amamos tudo no apartamento. Localização, utensílios domésticos. Nos sentimos em casa.

The property is really nice, the stay was great, very nice set up giving you a home away from home vibe. The cleanliness however could be better in terms of the rooms, bedding etc. The sheets were dirty, pillow cases and the rooms were dusty which made it a little uncomfortable for my child that has allergic reactions to dust. There was a lot of hair on the floors. Would stay again but room service needs improvement. If my recommendation counts For check out rooms probably needs two room attendants.
