The room amenities were lacking compared to other rooms for the same rate. Bed was horrific in that it was lopsided, springs poking through on one side. Asked the front how to make a formal complaint and he said “let me grab my stick notes”. We have stayed at this property for years and could not be more disappointed.

It was recommended we stay here by a friend while we were traveling around Colorado for our honeymoon. The room served its purpose, we stayed 2 nights. There was a used robe and towel hanging in our room on arrival, I notified the desk and we got a discount on night 1. Housekeeping had been in our room and still didn’t remove the items. Hot springs are nice and weren’t too crowded. Breakfast was ok for being included in our rate.

Loved the hot pools. However, did not like the low toilet (was hard to sit down and get up), reserved room that did not allow pets yet the people in the room next to us had a dog, realized too late that there was no elevator to second floor and stairs were difficult for 85 year old.

We liked the pool and hot spring area. Pool bar was great. Bartender at the pool was by far the best service and very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the lobby / check in area was less than helpful. Management/ Owner of the property was terrible. They nickled and dimed to death. They had signs everywhere about things you dont want to hear about/ extra charges. They even charged for the robs they had in your room. Would never return to this property under current ownership.

Place was absolutely beautiful views are unbelievable feels like you’re in a picture. Rooms need updating our room stunk like a dog which was possibly in there before us and we had to make coffee and keep windows open an entire day just to manage the smell. Pool was perfect and so was the soaking tubs. Pizza is amazing!

Our room could use updates and was across the street in the back of the other property view of a beat up lumberyard bldg and old trailer. If you use the robe for the springs you get a charge for use. None of the springs temps seemed accurate. Buffet breakfast was marginal. Not impressed for price.
