You get what you pay for.

I reserved 3 rooms for myself and my employees for an overnight business stay. Check in was slow. Beds were "aged". Carpet was damp. The saving grace was the low price and the short length of our stay. The "average" rating is a reflection of the low room rates and my understanding of "you get what you pay for"... and NOTHING more!

The property condition is somewhat "worn out" (e.g., duct tape on badge reader on exterior door, worn paint, etc.) but clean. There are vacant lot's around the building that could be better improved (if owned) to increase "curb appeal".

the property could use some maintenance. The shower rod was hanging and the curtain didn’t really close. the shelf in the closet was hanging and not usable. also, i know its a pet friendly place but it really had a smell of wet dog in MANY areas. however, the breakfast was good.

It is what it is, a motel that is a bit out of date. We were there for a 11 year old state baseball tournament. The pool was actually very nice. When we first got there, we had a room that was moldy and stunk. One side of the room had carpet that was all wet from the ac unit. The motel was full but the next morning they moved us to another room that was fine. They also returned half of our first night's rate. They had a free breakfast buffet that was actually very good!
