Twin Sands is a charming, comfortably furnished home located in the peaceful Dory Pointe neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach and the lively village area around Cape Kiwanda. From here, you can easily stroll to the surf, explore the sand dunes, or grab a bite and a drink at the nearby Pelican Brewing Company.

Inside, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable furnishings and a layout designed for relaxation. The cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, complete with a gas fireplace that adds extra warmth and ambiance on cool coastal evenings. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you're cooking a full family dinner or just putting together snacks between beach outings.

Twin Sands features two private primary suites, giving couples or small groups extra comfort and privacy during their stay. Each bedroom offers a quiet and restful retreat after a full day exploring Pacific City.

Outside, guests can enjoy the home's private hot tub—an ideal spot to soak under the stars after surfing, hiking the dunes, or walking along the shoreline.

2 level home. First level entry has living room, kitchen, dining area, garage and back patio. Upstairs has bedroom with queen bed, master bath with tub/shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower.

Neighborhood:
Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids or playing with the dog. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
