CLOSEST LOCATION to Lover’s Point: the beach is directly across the street. Park your car - you won’t need it. This beach home has everything you need for a perfect vacation with fun things to do seconds away! (And if you're coming for Concours week,you'll have the best view of the classic cars.) Sheltered white sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking (no need to bring your own - rent across the street). Volleyball court, seasonal kiddie pool, a café, beachside grill and a great restaurant surrounded by a park. Minutes to Cannery Row, Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf for dining, shopping, whale watching and fishing excursions.
Three blocks away: downtown Pacific Grove, Farmers Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Nearby: world class golf, scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel and Big Sur. FEATURES: The large, elevated deck has ocean views, a bistro table with a built-in fire pit and seating for six (barbecue in back). The main living area has comfy leather recliner sofas, a bayview windowseat and game table, a den with a sectional and a jumbo TV, and a separate dining area.
With so many restaurants and cafes in walking distance you may never cook, but the kitchen is a delight with painted cabinetry, seafoam quartz countertops, a JennAir four-burner gas range, and a corner breakfast nook.
There are three guest rooms with quality King beds, one downstairs and two upstairs. The second guest room on the upper level has a TV, memory foam electric-controlled bed, and an ocean view. The spacious master has a TV and a bistro table with views. There are two baths: the lower has a stall shower; the upper has a clawfoot tub/shower.  
PARKING: Single car garage fits sedan or compact cars and SOME SUVs depending on height (check top and bottom clearance - use at your own risk). Additional free street parking when available, and free parking across the street from 6pm to 9am. Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0474

The house itself is large, comfortable and has beautiful views of Lovers Point. There's great spaces to enjoy the views, our favorites were the window banquette seating area and the front deck with a fire pit table. The location is centrally located to PG downtown, the coastal trail is out the front door, Asilomar Beach and Monterey Aquarium are a short walk. Two Thumbs Up!

We stayed 2 nights with extended family of 6 adults. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable (1 adult on couch). Dinner on the deck with fire pit and view was a highlight. Great location to walk out to beach, shops and restaurants, and less than 2 miles to aquarium. Location on busy street had noise as would be expected, but not a problem for us. Responsiveness of management team when WIFI needed work was friendly and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovers Point a Brief Walk Away

One of the greatest locations on Monterey Bay, the White House is a chip shot from Lovers Point where you can swim, your children can play in the sand, or you can watch the surfers at their best. A brief walk in the other direction will take you to a gourmet bakery, the charming shops of Pacific Grove, and breakfast at one the many restaurants in the downtown village. If one is lucky, one might see a school of dolphins jumping in the bay while on a walk on the pathway that hugs the water. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy and the nook that overlooks the street allows one to watch the passerby as they stroll with their dogs. All in all a wonderful getaway for those who love to see the crashing of the waves on Monterey Bay.

Absolutely perfect location. A very comfortable floor plan, space, and accommodations. I fell in love with this place! The big window seat at the front of the house has my heart. And I was happy to spend a majority of our time there on the patio space out front, what a luxury to have a patio facing the ocean. Instant favorite, and a home I would confidently recommend.
