We stayed two nights in the same room and we’re very disappointed that we did not get our bed made or fresh towels towels. This would not be a concern if we had gotten a discount for the second night, but it makes no sense not to even get fresh towels when you’re paying the same price.

Nice stay

Spent the night for a halfway stop on our way to our families Thanksgiving. It was a very nice hotel, with a great front desk attendant. Nothing fancy but clean. A nice breakfast buffet. Will stay again.

The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Nothing was plugged in. I had to move a heavy piece of furniture to plug the appliances in. Why should a guest have to do this? Isn't this a Marriott? I am a Lifetime Platinum Elite Bonvoy member. Very disappointing!

Good service

Front desk staff person who worked evenings/afternoons was extremely pleasant and helpful. Sorry I forgot to get her name. Gave great suggestions for restaurants and was always willing to help. She even offered to get some paper plates and utensils when she saw us walk in with a pizza box.
