Our room was so gross, we left and went to another hotel down the street. There were black hairs in the bed. Water stains on the ceiling and dripping down the wall. The bathroom reeked of musty basement and urine. There were dirty socks next to the end table. Do not recommend staying here at all!

AWFUL!

Awful! After calling twice to verify our accessible room, we were assigned a standard king room…to be fair it was quickly changed,. Our room had dingy lighting..the kind you’d expect of Econolodge…the sink leaked,..I almost slipped on the wet floor…luckily I didn’t…..I threw towels down to soak up the water, the morning light brought out the ants…all over the desktop..and worse! In the bed! The only decent part of our stay was breakfast. The area was well lit and clean, personnel was pleasant, and the food selection was very good. This hotel was far from Marriott quality. I won’t be returning there any time soon!

I’m a long time Bonvoy/Marriott member and this is probably worst property of theirs I’ve stayed at. Upon arrival they didn’t have my room type available because they had housekeeping issues. We were out in a handicap room, which was fine. If I was handicap I wouldn’t have been able to turn on the shower. The handle was broken, basically needed a screw driver to turn the handle. There was black mold in the grout. Corners of the bathroom had hair in it. Just a disappointment of representation of a Bonvoy property.
