My third stay in Pagosa Springs
The local support from Evan was top shelf. He sincerely tried to fix the issues quickly and efficiently. However, there were several concerns. The door was unlocked and unsecure when i arrived. Evan quickly found tools to fix this. There was no liner in the kitchen garbage can. No dishwasher soap. There was was no wash cloth or sponge fo hand wash dishes. The bathroom sink drains slowly and its disgusting under the drain guard. The TV downstais did not work. Evan replaced it as soon as he got permission from the owner. The outlets upstairs will not support more than one device at a time. The pans were difficult to cook with as they did not have teflon. I understand the choice not to use teflon. However, if yhis is what you decide to do, there should be oil or cooking spray provided. The coffee pot was confusing and there were no directions. One of the windiws downstairs does not have a screen. For the duration of my stay, i felt like i was at ther mercy of a slumlord, which does not reflect the vibe i expect when i visit Pagosa Springs. This is my third time to visit. Therefore, these issues were quite unexpected. Future guests would appreciate you attending to these matters.
