Super hôtel ! La chambre avec la vue sur la plage est magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins. L’endroit est calme et agréable. Nous n’avons pas l’impression d’être dans un endroit touristique. La plage garde son coté sauvage. Ce séjour nous a complètement permis de nous déconnecter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Schönes gepflegtes Erwachsenenhotel weg vom Trubel. Coole Bar, schönes Restaurant, alles kkeiner gehalten als im Schwesternhotel direkt dahinter. Schade gab es an der Bar keine Tappas. Aber sonst absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Personal war sehr(!) freundlich, die Unterkunft wunderschön. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss durch die Lagune. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine grosse Auswahl, beim Abendessen waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Durch die Bewertungen hier haben wir mehr Auswahl und Abwechslung erwartet. Besonders die Fleischgerichte waren eine Zumutung (roh, zäh, gummig, da es schon lange steht) und es gab fast ausschliesslich Schwein und Rind. Die Gerichte standen jeweils sehr lange und wenn man nicht zur richtigen Zeit sich gerade Essen schöpfte, war es bereits lauwarm und nicht mehr frisch. Da es rundherum zu Fuss keine Restaurants gibt, konnten wir leider auch nicht ausweichen.

Wir werden bestimmt nie wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen. Aber zuerst das Gute: Die Lagune ist wirklich toll. Das Hotel allerdings überhaupt nicht. Nachdem unser in unserem Zimmer mit Garten und Seaview die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und wir bei 29 Grad kaum schlafen konnten und wegen den vielen Mücken in der Nacht nicht lüften konnten. Wurden wir nach zwei Nächten für die restlichen fünf Nächte in ein sogenanntes „Upgrad“ mit vier Betten (wir reisten zu zweit) und mit Blick auf eine weisse Wand verlegt. Als wir bei der Reception anständig zurückmeldeten, dass wir mit der Lösung nicht wirklich zufirieden sind, wurde uns gesagt wir sollten mit dem „Upgrad“ zufriedensein und wir erfuhren eine gleinde gesagt respektlose Gestik. Nachdem wir auf Meilia.com gesehen haben, dass wir an jedem Tag (bis zur Abreise) ein Zimmer mit „Garden and Seaview“ hätten buchen und einchecken können (!) haben wir unsere Entäuschung darüber an der Reception zurückgemeldet. Wir erhielten dann für die letzten zwei (!) Nächte einen Discoount von 20 Euro pro Nacht, also 40 Euro angeboten. Das ist wohl ein Witz, das Hotel hat unsere gebuchte Leistungen (Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Zimmer mit Garden and Seaview) während sieben Nächten nicht eingehalten. Wir haben den Discount mit den lächerlichen 40 Euro beim Auschecken dankend abgelehnt. Das es Probleme geben kann können wir verstehen, wie aber dieses Hotel damit umgeht ist nur peinlich. Kein „tut uns leid“ nichts dergleichen - nie wieder…!!!

Die Aussicht, Lage und Grösse des Appartments, die Ruhe, das reichhaltige Buffet am Abend und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Nicht gefallen haben mir die mit nichts zu rechtfertigende (nicht klar vor der Buchung angekündigte) Preise für die Mitnahme eines Hundes: 30 Euro am Tag für eine kleine Yorkshire-Dame von nur 2,5 kg, welche fast nie bellt und sauber ist, ist nicht in Ordnung. Des Weiteren musste ich genau auf die Schlussrechnung schauen, weil mir mehr als 100 Euro berechnet wurden für Leistungen (Bar), die ich nie in Anspruch genommen hatte noch die dazu gehörige Rechnung unterschrieben. Zum Glück wurde dies dann auch kurz vor meiner Abfahrt korrigiert.
