A bit rundown shower but hot water and strong spray, room could use more art, color, and update. there are no drinks, water or coffee in lobby - did not feel that welcome at reception. Grounds and pool are artfully landscaped and taken care of.

The staff were wonderful when we checked in, and they even have a security guard for the parking. The rooms were clean and fresh with plenty of room. I love that the dogs are okay. There is a great large pool and hot tubs with mineral water. It is minutes from Palm Springs, and they have spa treatments available if you need to relax. Beds are comfortable. The only small problem was that the TV didn't work properly but we only stayed one night so no biggie, but had we stayed longer I am sure they would have fixed it. Great place to stay and recommend it.

I enjoyed the room decor, good shower, comfy bed, and access to the pool and hot tubs. The whole place is a bit cheap. My mini fridge was on the ground and I had to get on my knees to use it. Not so sure if they are actually mineral waters as it's all heavily chlorinated. The lobby has really strong air freshener fragrance. You can't access rooms through side exits so no matter where you room is everyone will want to park by the only entrance at the lobby, and it fills up fast. Not super convenient. But for the price it was a good place to sleep and use the pools.

Second time staying here, Staff was fantastic, the room was pretty good, the mattresses were comfortable enough in our room, bed frame was loud. Sons room the beds were too firm for their liking, but that’s a personal thing. The top floor appears to be under renovation but was not even noticeable no loud noises and the workers were friendly. The pool and hot tubs were beautiful, nice and warm pool and hot tubs were perfect temp for us. We didn’t use the housekeeping service as we were only there for four nights, but I’d definitely stay here again and would love to see the renovations when complete.

Staff good. Room was long in the tooth. Carpet stains. Bed not comfortable. Phone kept flashing and maintenance couldn’t fix so we unplugged. Hair dryer didn’t work and they had to bring another. We didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t comment on those.

Really nice pool and spa. The grounds are in nice condition. Only complaint – – some of the rooms still have carpet the carpet in the room I stayed in was not clean thankfully a housekeeping attendant was there and I asked if she could deodorize the room. She sprayed my carpet with Fabuloso.
