Room size, amenities were good. Major issue with the staff and cleaning. Daily cleaning doesn’t not include any vacuuming , they just come and replace the towels sometimes even that was not done. Our corridor were smelly and upon repeated calls to frontdesk they open emergency exit to address that. During the check in process no one explained regarding available amenities and how to avail them, it was all upto you to figure out by going again to front desk. Swimming pool towels were always missing specially at evenings and not restocked.

The rooms definitely need some TLC. Patio chairs and curtains were stained. Curtains were hanging on by only a few clips. Had to have the tub fixed so it would drain. The hot water tap at the sink could turn 360 degrees and everything in the bathroom had old caulking. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't even have our room ready when we arrived at 4:30pm

Room Was just fine, There was not enough focus on cleaniless and service was poor and Young guy in check in counter was rude. Towels were not readily available - shortage of towels. Fire pit had a technical issue which would take a week to fix it. I would rate this as 2.5 out of 5. will not visit this property again. Ideally I would like a refund for my stay

Not worth the stay rooms are old and dirty you can smell the dirty carpet nothing is included to do here you would think since your paying all that money to stay at this resort but you have to pay for every amenities I understand paying to do the golf which was really expensive then they tell you what to wear! False advertising they say there’s things inside and included but there isn’t ,But to play the games outside they charge for that to you would think all that they charge for they would upgrade the rooms at least, front desk girl wasn’t very nice when we checked in. Overall find another place worth it if your paying so much for a room might as well find a nicer place for the same amount NOT HERE oh ya and you have to pay for there expensive breakfast that wasn’t worth it ! Won’t be coming back
