It was fun to stay in a nice clean room. And look out on a beautiful Courtyard with a pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very generous, including a custom-made omelette on Saturday morning.

We only stayed one night because the bed sheets had stains. No staff available to change, We had to bring our own bags to our room. The baggage dolly had no top hooks to hang bags on so consequently my wifes makeup bag fell off the dolly and I had to spend $ 403 dollars to replace it. We were so displeased with this location we had to spend a small fortune to get better accomodations on short notice.

This property has great bones but the rooms really need updating. Our room was clean per se, but just felt old which kinda makes it feel a bit dirty. The couch had stains and the foam very worn out making couch uncomfortable. The beds had a soft topper (too soft for me personally) that covered up a more worn mattress. More motel feeling than Hilton Embassy Suites. The grounds are peaceful with a pretty courtyard area, nice seating, and the pool had plenty of seating and umbrellas. The pool towels though…..honestly, not much bigger than a handtowel. We each used four to spend our day in the sun. The staff was plentiful and nice.

Our stay there was very pleasant. The room was super clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was great—healthy and with many options. The service was outstanding; there was a very kind person constantly refilling the trays, cleaning the tables, and always keeping a great attitude.

The sink in the bedroom smelled horrible, like the pipe hadn't been cleaned in forever. While it was a suite, the bathroom was tiny and awkward. In the 6 nights that we stayed there, the room was only cleaned a few times and incompletely. For example, our towels and bath mats were taken and not replaced several times. We found our trash can liner had been left next to the trash with no replacement liner. Since we had a longer stay, the front desk offered to comp our parking but then never followed up. The peloton in the gym had broken pedals and the water bottle holder was screwed in upside down.

Great variety of breakfast items scrambled egg, bacon,sausage, muffins and danish. Although the hotel has signs all over saying “smoke free” the lobby and room has the smoke smell. Could use better cleaning in the rooms
