Everything was perfect, Amazing staff, super comfortable rooms (I’m a diagnosed insomniac and actually slept, comfortably ), delicious food (omg, the chilaquiles were divine.), drink, and great location, my only complaint was the WiFi, it didn’t work well. I’ve been staying here for twelve years and will be back.

The receptionist was not very helpful. Did not show us where our room was or where other amenities around the hotel like the pool, or the bar are. The hotel has a worn out and aged look, especially the carpet, the walls, the doors and the furniture. In the bathroom the faucet was loose and leaked. The corners were dirty. Most of the electrical outlets’ plates were loose and very difficult to plug in your phone to charge. The sliding door of the balcony didn’t have a door handle. There was a sock from the prior guest under the couch, which we could easily see. The corners and behind the furniture was dirty. The walls and furniture had visible wear and damage. Over all would not stay there again.

It really was a suite, we had balcony view of the Christmas parade what a treat! The location cannot be beat, walking distance to everything Palm Springs, food shopping entertainment.

Considering this is a Hyatt, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of proper condition of most of the facilities. It's very old. Smells very old. Needs a complete remodel. Lots of things were kind of Janky in the room from lighting in all rooms, the bathroom set up was not well functioning & shower nozzles were loose etc.... Very disappointing for the price & name brand. The only positive is the amazing location, which is why they can probably get away with such low maintained property.

The interior of the hotel, not the room, but from the elevator to the room, the building was not remodelled, dirty, and the carpet and wall coverings should be changed. In the interior of the room, there is a step that leads out to the balcony that is not marked very well. And I tripped a couple of times.
