I’ve stayed at Indian Wells for eight years and always loved it—clean rooms, comfy beds, great pool, and breakfast. Jennifer at the front desk is wonderful, always friendly and professional. But Brent’s attitude has really hurt the experience. Twice he’s been rude and dismissive, even making senior guests wait hours for rooms that were clearly available. When I left my computer mouse in the bed, he promised to follow up but never did. Now they’re adding resort fees in November—a terrible move. Resort fees are one of the reasons Vegas collapsed. I truly hope management fixes the service issue and keeps the charm that made this hotel special.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was dated as we expected but the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine we did not get much sleep ugh! The pool area looked nice, I’m sure if your room faces the pool area it’s easier to look past the dark dated room. It was the only hotel we have stayed at that the doors on the main floor to get to parking lot or pool area did not automatically lock so that seemed off. Anyways we checked out 2 days earlier as we needed to get some sleep and Indian Wells is a long way out from most things.

At the time of check in they give us regulor rooms when ee reserv pool or golf biew and we arrive at difren time and the grave yatd shift Mr Reyes was with a very nasty attitude (5 rooms total Riserve)
