The room was dity with hair when I arrived. The guy at the desk wasn't nice or helpful. The Ice machine didnt work and shocked me when I pushed the button. The rooms are very outdated. The pool and hot tubs were great. The lifeguard was very nice and so was the lady I checked out with.

Looks like a resort, functions like a sloppy motel. Everything is sort of stinky, worn out, broken, and the tubs are all lukewarm and filthy, you see skin particles and hair coating the top of the water. Staff are not attentive, and other guests were notably loud and disruptive. Playing loud music by the pool, letting their children scream at the top of their lungs for hours. Stressful, not relaxing! I had better experiences at cheap hotels or motels.

My stay was fine. Check in took a long time because of lack of staff. The woman who was working was sent up from your sister hotel & so wasn’t totally familiar with the system. She did a good job but one man in front of me was hard to deal & took a LONG time. No one else was available to help the 5 people waiting.
