Terrible hotel. Old and pretty ugly. The sink was clogged. Make up stains on the sheets and hair. The noise!!! Omg! The noise coming from the AC vent is so annoying. Even though our AC/heat was off. Very uncomfortable pillows. I woke up with a neck pain. I would not recommend at all.

Although our room definitely needed updating I very much enjoyed my stay at miracle springs resort and spa. The pool and hot tubs were clean and felt wonderful. Grounds around the pool and hot tubs were lovely our room had a beautiful mountain view and we enjoyed a spectacular sunset although our balcony felt like it needed repairs.

The pools were great! The property building could use a little upkeep. Carpets are dirty and stained and it’s a little dreary as far as the paint. There were some temperature difficulties one day. It was really really cold water in the room and another. It was scolding hot. It was rectified and a little inconvenient.

Bad customer service

We went to Desert Hot Springs, me and my four children and this property looked amazing and it was amazing amazing motel amazing cool the only thing I have complained about is the service and the ladies were rude. They tried to discriminate against my friend and her kids saying it’s for seniors spa and that the kids need to calm down when we pay just as the seniors did they try to make this motel into a senior motel and Their overall customer service was terrible but the place was very nice the pool tonight everything else was perfectly fine
