10/10 staff. However have so many complaints about the condition of this property. It should be rated a 3 star or lower hotel. Very outdated, not clean. Found an empty tequila bottle in the bathroom when we walked in. Bathroom not full stocked. Had to ask for housekeeping the moment we moved in to change bedding because the beds had red stains on bedsheets. The curtains have dead bug stains all over. Carpet very clean and old- couldn’t let my kids sit or play on the floor. Very disgusting. The lounging chairs by the pool were also old and dirty. Would definitely not stay here again.
