The hotel and cleanliness was great. But, the execution on what we asked for was not great at all. And I feel like even complaining to 4 different employees there, nothing was really done. I don’t expect anything more than anyone else. But I do expect to receive what I paid for, at least. Prior to staying here I saw some complaints about the employees not doing what they said they were going to do. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but that seems to be true with that hotel. I feel like management lacks here, honestly.
