The price is way too high for this place. The overall maintenance of the facility is not good. Tub and sink were both clogged when we got there and it wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. We had to call twice. They have an excellent breakfast. WARNING: they have a hidden charge that they don’t tell you about. They charge extra for parking, without giving you warning. The listing gave us a price that said it included all fees. That’s not true. They charge extra on your credit card after you leave.

A new-ish property, well-maintained, well-run, with friendly and efficient service, comfortable, well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds, decent bathrooms. But ... it's pet-friendly. If you have a pet, terrific! If you don't you may be bitten by fleas and we certainly were. Other than that everything was fine, including the generous breakfast.

This place is simply wonderful. From the secluded location to the amazing breakfast. We loved sitting by the pool which is near a golf course, watching the planes come and go. Don’t worry it’s far enough away that you can’t hear them. We enjoyed having a full size fridge and a very hot and powerful shower. We’ll be back for sure.

This property provides a striking view of the mountains. With the location being clean and quiet, it allows you to truly take in the beauty of cathedral city/palms springs. It has a large pool and is also conveniently located to many things. The rooms here were very spacious. Only thing that was bothersome was the plumbing. The shower seemed to be loud and the toilet seemed like the flapper in the reservoir tank needed to be replaced. This doesn’t take away from the beauty this property has to offer. I was greeted by Christina who had the best personality. She was super attentive and wanted to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. Every property needs someone like Christina! Will definitely be back for a future visit!
