Great hotel, excellent location close to the beach

Enjoyed our stay, good staff,facilities and room. Breakfast plentiful but not to our taste, all else really good.

Lovely hotel, food could be better.

Very clean and modern hotel, rooms were great some with good views. Pool facilities were really good with fabulous day beds to lounge around on! Only (minor) grumble is the food available at the snack bar, not a huge selection and only thing I would recommend is the pizzas. Overall though, would go back as its in an ideal location.

War dieses Jahr das zweite Mal da, leider ist das Personal, Spezial Aussenbar nicht mehr motiviert. Servicekräfte im Room Service dagegen fantastisch. Frühstücksbuffet leider immer dasselbe und langweilig, ein Toaster für so viele Gäste eine Zumutung. Insgesamt zu 6 mal in diesem Hotel. Man müsste mal über eine Alternative nachdenken

Service Personal Restaurant und Aussenbar nicht auf Zack, nicht Service orientiert. Zimmerservice Reinigung dagegen sehr gut. War nicht das erste mal dort, hat nachgelassen. Vor allem Angebot Abendessen.

Sehr nettes Personal und gute Auswahl bei den Buffets. Leider sind jedoch die Türen bei den Zimmern etwas schlecht isoliert, bei meinem Zimmer (106) hatte es zwei Türen, eine zu einem anderen Zimmer und eine zum Gang. Mit lauten Nachbaren war es ziemlich unangenehm in der Nacht, man hat fast alles so gut gehört, als ob die Tür nicht da wäre. Schade, sonst hat mir das Pamplona wirklich sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Gutes und günstiges Angebot an der Poolbar. Personal recht langsam und selbst bei wenigen Gästen recht lange Wartezeiten. Jeden Abend und jeden Morgen war es schwierig, für sechs Personen einen Tisch zu finden, der Chef de Service war jedes mal von Neuem überfordert. Das Buffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und das Essen war appetitlich angerichtet. Vieles war aber leider ziemlich fad und salzlos zubereitet. Der Risotto-Reis nicht immer gar… Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, sogar mit Kochnische und grossem Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher. Schöne Sicht zum Pool, bei Dreierbelegung aber recht eng und wenig Platz. Das Schlafsofa ist okay für ein paar Nächte.
