ALL!!!!!!l of the staff was absolutely phenomenal. They were all accommodating and kind, always greeting you with a smile and the service was over and beyond excellent. Whenever I’m in town I will stay at this location. I was visiting for bereavement purposes and their kindness definitely contributed to my family and I experiencing a since of comfort.

I specifically reserved a king suite, and was assigned an accessible room, which i would prefer not accept. The front desk representative shared that all non-accessible rooms had been assigned and this was the only one available. She went on the share that they were fully booked, all rooms assigned with 2 more guest awaiting arrival. She wasn't sure what to do with the overage. Who runs a business this way?
