Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort! This condo complex offers visitors everything they need to feel at home and settle into the Florida Panhandle lifestyle. With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for your and your group to spread out in this cozy home. Your private balcony offers you unmatched views of the water and beach from the private of your own rental. Bunk beds are located in the hallway which are perfect for extra friends/children.

Tidewater Beach offers guests an outdoor and indoor pool, a fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, a theater, a game room, and an outdoor grill. Take advantage of the complex’s beach access and sink your toes into the hot, white sand. The condo is also located an abundance of options for dining, entertainment & bars/clubs. Pier Park is just a mile from Tidewater and is perfect for walking, sunsets, or just relaxing.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Dont rent hear!! U have been warned!!!

Smoke smell was so bad made my pregnant daughter sick.. pictures are incorrect...they tryied to relocate us to 3 to 4 person unit...we have 7...unit is a slumb at best... looks and smells like nothing but partying! Wifi doesnt work nor 1 of the tvs. This unit robbed us our our vacation!!!

Elevators are VERY SLOW. Waited over 45 min for one from the 12th floor to 2nd floor. The outside lights which we where right at the elevators was very bright in our bedroom and unable to rest good.

Great all around experience!

The property was kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We came at the perfect time that we hardly had to wait on elevators. The resort was very secure. Brenda the front desk lady was beyond helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. She deals with alot and still keeps a smile and a positive attitude. Would definitely stay again.

Quick Family Getaway

View from condo was beautiful. It was too cold to enjoy the outside pool so we went to the indoor pool. Nothing special about it, very basic. Our unit was right across from the elevators which wasn’t an issue, but there are no blinds over the master bedroom window so it was like daylight at all hours due to the LED light in the breezeway. If you need a dark room to sleep in, I would suggest taking something with you to cover the window. Other than that, the unit was nice and suited all our other needs.

Stuff to work on 1211

Mast tub does drain, mold under kitchen sink, patio needed pressure washed, sliding doors needed cleaned and the floors were sticky upon arrival in master. The wait time for elevator was bad up to 15-20 wait time one way was crazy. And a staff person said we couldn’t take the stairs. Why?? Waves bar and grill food was great. Security staff was nice and helpful

The check in process was a nightmare. There was no AC at check in area on 2nd floor and everyone was complaining. I followed instructions in email but they were in correct for check in and the door code did not work. Once inside the ice maker did not work properly and the sliding door was very very hard to open. Only 1 pool for everyone at this large condo was open. No social distancing being observed. So no pool time and only about an hour of beach time because they closed the beaches with double red flags. Spent our time sitting on balcony looking at the rain and rough waters.
