Step outside feel the cool breeze on the wrap-around balcony, head downstairs to enjoy free seasonal beach service, and come home each evening to prepare your favorite meals on stainless steel appliances. On the grounds of Tidewater Beach Resort, you'll also have access to indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.

This beachfront resort sits just across the street from Oishi Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and less than a mile down the road from Pier Park's plentiful options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Heading west, you'll find Sandbar Seafood & BBQ Joint, Temperley’s British Eatery, and Smoke'n'Butts. Heading east, you can stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), take in a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or plan a visit to serene St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
