As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024 • Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view. • Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025 • Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Additional Information
* The beachside pool will be closed for repairs until February 21st, 2025. The hot tubs on the beachside pool deck, in addition to the indoor pool and hot tub will be available for guest use.
• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 12.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
